GRAEME HORNBY
Graeme Hornby, a native of South Africa, has carved a distinguished path as an entrepreneur and business leader. Born in South Africa, Graeme's journey of professional excellence began with a solid education at St Albans College, where he laid the foundation for his future achievements. In 2005, Graeme embarked on a new chapter in his personal life as he exchanged vows in marriage. He is a loving husband and proud father of two children, finding inspiration and support in his family as he continues to strive for excellence in his career.
With a career spanning over three decades, Graeme has demonstrated his prowess in building and nurturing entrepreneurial ventures across diverse industries. He possesses an innate ability to navigate the complexities of media, design, and retail investment, a skill honed over twenty years of dedicated effort. Notably, his contributions did not go unnoticed, and he was awarded the prestigious Investec Entrepreneur award in 2001 – a testament to his innovative thinking and strategic acumen.
Further diversifying his portfolio, Graeme delved into healthcare and retail property investment and development, spending four fruitful years mastering these domains. This expansion of his expertise allowed him to develop a comprehensive perspective on business and investment.
In 2011, Graeme co-founded Micore Solutions, a dynamic venture that embodies his commitment to business development and ownership. At Micore Solutions (Pty) Ltd., he has established a stronghold in business incubation, nurturing both emerging and established enterprises. With an unwavering focus on catalyzing growth and facilitating international expansion, Graeme's leadership has been pivotal in positioning Micore Solutions as a beacon of entrepreneurial success.

CHRIS TRIMBLE
Chris is an experienced Senior Sales and Marketing Executive with a demonstrated history over 25 years of global experience in the FMCG, Automotive and Media industry. He has lived in over 5 overseas countries including Germany, Australia, Malaysia, China and Dubai, having worked for numerous global blue chip companies.
He is an analytical thinker with advanced communication skills and possesses an innate ability to build formidable and long lasting relationships with business partners and clients. Chris is currently based in Dubai, UAE, as CEO and Director of Micore Solution Middle East (Motion Icon’s Master License Holder for the Middle East Region, which includes all GCC countries, Iran, Egypt and Lebanon).

CHARLES WATSON
Charles Watson's life story is a testament to the power of determination, innovation, and hard work. Born in Nakuru, Kenya in 1959, his early years were marked by challenges that would shape his character and drive his ambitions. In 1964, amidst a wave of refugees fleeing turmoil, Charles and his family found a new home in South Africa, marking the beginning of a journey that would lead him to become a renowned entrepreneur and leader.
Education played a pivotal role in Charles's path to success. He attended Michaelhouse in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, where he not only received a strong academic foundation but also imbibed the values of perseverance and leadership that would guide him in the years to come. Charles's professional journey began humbly, with a role as a cleaner in the hotel industry. However, his unwavering dedication and commitment to excellence allowed him to ascend the ranks over a decade, ultimately reaching the prestigious position of General Manager. This remarkable ascent was a testament to his work ethic and his ability to inspire those around him.
In 1985, Charles embarked on a new chapter in his personal life, marrying his partner and becoming a loving father to three children. This foundation of family support undoubtedly fueled his drive to excel in his career and entrepreneurial pursuits. With a diverse range of experiences, Charles transitioned into Facilities Management, where he spent 14 years at the Board and Executive level, shaping the operational landscape of various organizations. His strategic vision and leadership acumen made a lasting impact, setting new standards in the industry.
Charles's thirst for knowledge and innovation led him to Executive Education and Consulting roles for 4 years. Here, he worked closely with top-tier executives and boards, sharing his insights and facilitating transformative change within organizations. A true visionary, Charles's journey extended into Manufacturing, where he took on pivotal roles as General Manager and Managing Director. His ability to navigate complex challenges and foster growth solidified his reputation as a dynamic and forward-thinking leader. Branching out into the realm of Modular Building Construction, Charles thrived in Sales and Marketing roles for 4 years. His strategic approach and ability to identify market trends ensured the success of innovative construction projects.
However, it was in the last decade that Charles truly left an indelible mark. Over the course of these 10 years, he leveraged his expertise to develop and build multiple Construction Services companies. With an entrepreneurial spirit that knew no bounds, Charles started 7 companies, with 3 of them achieving successful acquisitions and 1 still flourishing under his guidance. Charles Watson's journey from a refugee in Kenya to a trailblazing entrepreneur in South Africa is a story of resilience, innovation, and an unyielding commitment to excellence. His ability to envision opportunities, transform challenges into triumphs, and build successful enterprises stands as an inspiration to aspiring entrepreneurs and leaders around the world. MARK ZAAYMAN
Mark was educated at Kearsney College in South Africa. He started his career in retail and worked with the JD Group before moving to AECI chemicals division SANS Fibres. He spent twenty years employed by SANS Fibres and left them as the Commercial Business Head/Production Head, Industrial Polyester & Nylon: Asia Pacific, China & Africa; Head of Global Trading and the Head of Global Export Logistics division.
After Mark left SANS Fibres, he ran his own strategic consulting agency called Le Mont Consulting. He subsequently became a partner in Arman Consulting International an environmental engineering company that focused on the delivery of selected projects that by design had a positive carbon footprint and that delivered sustainable employment. He joined MS Equity in 2023 where his global commercial experience assists MS Equity to identify and attain global clients and projects for the company.
Mark has a tertiary qualification in Marketing Management and an MBA in Strategic Marketing both obtained from the University of Hull in England.
